NTSB "Hands-Free" Ban?

This issue has been pretty low-key, and I hadn't heard it until today, but guess what? The NTSB is trying to ban hands-free cell phone calls. Yes, like the speakerphone thing... kinda stupid. This is when we know, some of America has lost their minds. See, cell phones in cars may cause problems, but there are millions around this country who do this everyday. And most, aren't injured by doing business on the highway. There are even many instances where this would lower- even diminish productivity. There just has to be a line drawn. Honestly, if you don't like cell phones in the car, take out kids in the car! They're twice as distracting, and kids hate going to the grocery store. Just putting that out there. Even if this became a law, it could never be enforced. Too many people who would be committing the "crime", and only about 1 out of 10 people would get a ticket for it. There's also no proof that someone was on their phone! You can simply switch to the radio, and clear your call log. They would have no proof. It would be a waste of time to make the issue an investigation.
