MegaUpload Shut Down!

Yesterday the FBI shut down the immensely used file-sharing website, MegaUpload. MegaUpload allowed users/members to upload their files, and leave those files available for anyone to take for themselves. The problem with this was that there was no regulation on what items were available. This resulted in many people posting illegal files. Don't get me wrong, piracy is terrible, but to shut down this website is ridiculous. The site weren't the problem. The users uploaded these files. Yes, MegaUpload should've monitored what was going on, but they can't monitor hundreds of files every 30 seconds. These faults resulted in the FBI involved, and as we know, MegaUpload is now gone. Not only this, but just recently, one of the founders of MegaUpload was arrested in New Zealand. When justice finds the owners/founders of the site, they will all be taken to court. This is because the government believes that the site was an international scam, to promote illegal files. This is (hopefully) not true, and If i'm correct there, they should not be taken to justice, as they didn't upload pirated movies, apps, music, etc.
