Raiders Hire a New Head Coach

The Raiders recently fired their head coach for the majority of the season, after the disappointing performance in 2011. Now, they have hired the former Broncos defensive coordinator, Dennis Allen. Dennis ALlen led Von Miller, Champ Bailey, and the rest of the Broncos defense to the playoffs with the entire Broncos team. Hopefully the Raiders improve their performance, but coaching is not the only factor in whether or not they are successful. They need to grab a stable QB either in free-agency, or in the NFL Draft. We will see where the Raiders go in the 2012-2013 NFL season.
