What is Terminal?

Terminal, is the Mac OS X equivalent to "Command Line" on Windows. The only problem is; what am I suppost to do with Terminal? Well, Terminal can perform system actions, such as manually kill applications. A lot of web developers use Terminal test out things. There are also pointless, but entertaining things to do with Terminal. Terminal is located in the Applications Folder, in Utilities. After you open it, it will have a line of "code". It should show your last login, and your user account. From here, you can type a command in, and Terminal will perform. You can search for cool/useful Terminal commands on Google.
