(UPDATE) Verizon Galaxy Nexus no longer a "Nexus" Device?

February 3, 2012, Google has removed the Verizon Galaxy Nexus from the Nexus device list. There are only archives of the previous files. This is weird, as this means the Galaxy Nexus isn't a part of the "Nexus" lineup. Luckily, the Galaxy Nexus on other networks is still on the dev-support list. Reasoning behind this issue is likely Google Wallet support between the same phone across the carriers. Google argued that Google Wallet should be available, while Verizon is the only one blocking the platform. Remember, the "Nexus" part of the name makes the phone a ure Android experience. Without that, Verizon could skin the device. Leave your thoughts on the issue in the comments down below! Are you irritated? Or just clueless?

UPDATE:
Google has taken CDMA devices off this list, because in ICS some features are unsupported.
