Colts Fire (former) Head Coach Jim Caldwell FIRED!

The Colts had a terrible 2011 season, with Peyton Manning out for the year, and head coach Jim Caldwell. The Indianapolis Colts went 2-14, managing to secure themselves the #1 overall draft pick in the 2012 Draft. There could have been the injury to Peyton Manning to blame. I personally believe this was the problem. The Colts GM did not, and just a few days ago decided to fire (former) head coach Jim Caldwell. Caldwell led them to a Super Bowl against the Saints in 2010, but they didn't overcome Drew Brees and the Saints offense. I don't really think what the Colts did as an organization was necessary, as the team really needed to rebuild the players, not the staff.
