Google Music!

Today, Google hosted a special announcement event called "These go to Eleven". In the event, the main attraction was Google Music. Google Music is officially released; no longer a beta. There are some awesome changes now, too. Your Google Music can be accessed at music.google.com. You can access that from any browser, even the iOS browser. There is also integration with the Android Market. There you will be able to buy "millions of songs", says Google. Of course, these features will only be available to people with their Android's updated to 2.2, and running the newest Android Markt version. Also, there will be a "free song of the day" similar to what Amazon does. Google wraps all of their software together, as what you listen to on Google Music, shows up on your Google+ stream. This stuff is pretty exciting, therefore, I'll be getting my Google Music set up ASAP. So, what about you? Will you be sticking with iTunes? Or is this even an iTunes competitor? CyangonMod 9 to be here Within the next 3 Months!

CyangonMod 9 to be coming in January! As you can see on CM's official Twitter page, they have announced that they will be releasing CyanogenMod 9 on Ice Cream Sandwich devices. Not only that, but CyanogenMod 7.2 will be released despite the fact that CM9 is their main project. CM9 will probably be released in January or February. Even though this tweet says "2 months", there can easily be delays.

Learning HTML

So, A few months ago, I decided I wanted to learn some HTML. In my quest to try and learn, there were a few things that helped me learn, and I'm here to share them with you.     Our first method; Google Chrome's "Inspect Element" tool. This tool can help you in so many ways, from HTML to advanced web design, you can learn how websites are coded. This is more of a resource for examples, rather than a solid guide to HTML, but is a lovely thing, that you should use to your advantage. Next, we have an awesome website, called w3schools.com. At w3schools, there are tons of free tutorials and walkthroughs for HTML, Java, CSS, and much more. Finally, we have the simplest, and most common way to learn. Buy a book on it. There are books on just about anything, and a book is a go to source for any needed information. If you know of any sources or methods of learning, please tell us in the comments below.

How the Death of Flash will Effect the Smartphone Battles

So, since Flash killed off Adobe on mobile devices, how will this effect the company battles between Google and Apple. The reason I use Google and Apple as examples, is because Apple claimed Adobe Flash was not the way of the future while Google used this as a marketing win, by putting Flash on Android. Now, Apple is in the right, since Flash will no longer be put on new smartphones. Joke is on you Google. Adobe finally admitted, and agreed with Apple on this issue. It looks like HTML5 is where we're headed. This will effect the battle between smartphone companies, noticing that one of the key selling points was in fact, the ability to run Flash.

Flash is Gone on Mobile Devices!

Adobe is pretty much killing off Flash. Don't worry, not completely, but Adobeis killing Flash on any mobile device. Android, BlackBerry OS, everything. Adobe also said that flash is really not in our future, and that something else should takeover. My thoughts on this? Well, flash is still here, and it will be quite a while until people totally convert from flash to html5, or something else. It's great that Adobe is admitting that change is needed. Siri Ported to iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G!

Earlier today, iPhone hacker "chpwn" successfully ported Siri to the iPhone 4, and iPod Touch 4G. If you don't know what Siri is, basically it is a personal assistant, built right into the iPhone 4S. The only problem; It's ONLY on the 4S. That's where iOS hackers come in. Here's video of Siri running on the iPod Touch 4G-
