Internet, and Music
The internet. A place with vast entertainment for everyone. In fact, some big sources would be social networks, but one of my main entertainment hotspots, is in fact YouTube. Now, YouTube is a great concept, and one that was executed well. The other part of entertainment is music. Get your iPods out! But wait... can't the internet take care of this? This leads me to my point; why don't I use my iPod?: I can just search a song on the internet, and there will be a result, ready for me to listen to. Even services like "Spotify" are trying to make the internet and music industry become friendly, but personally, I'm not a fan. See, you might have heard about this "internet censorship" stuff, but quite frankly, we're safe from it. That's also why companies like "Vevo" are given precise permissions to stream an artists tracks over YouTube. With these things right in front of us, we have been able to reduce our number of devices just because of how the internet and the music industry have worked together.

Learning HTML
So, A few months ago, I decided I wanted to learn some HTML. In my quest to try and learn, there were a few things that helped me learn, and I'm here to share them with you. Our first method; Google Chrome's "Inspect Element" tool. This tool can help you in so many ways, from HTML to advanced web design, you can learn how websites are coded. This is more of a resource for examples, rather than a solid guide to HTML, but is a lovely thing, that you should use to your advantage. Next, we have an awesome website, called w3schools.com. At w3schools, there are tons of free tutorials and walkthroughs for HTML, Java, CSS, and much more. Finally, we have the simplest, and most common way to learn. Buy a book on it. There are books on just about anything, and a book is a go to source for any needed information. If you know of any sources or methods of learning, please tell us in the comments below.

How the Death of Flash will Effect the Smartphone Battles
So, since Flash killed off Adobe on mobile devices, how will this effect the company battles between Google and Apple. The reason I use Google and Apple as examples, is because Apple claimed Adobe Flash was not the way of the future while Google used this as a marketing win, by putting Flash on Android. Now, Apple is in the right, since Flash will no longer be put on new smartphones. Joke is on you Google. Adobe finally admitted, and agreed with Apple on this issue. It looks like HTML5 is where we're headed. This will effect the battle between smartphone companies, noticing that one of the key selling points was in fact, the ability to run Flash.

Flash is Gone on Mobile Devices!
Adobe is pretty much killing off Flash. Don't worry, not completely, but Adobeis killing Flash on any mobile device. Android, BlackBerry OS, everything. Adobe also said that flash is really not in our future, and that something else should takeover. My thoughts on this? Well, flash is still here, and it will be quite a while until people totally convert from flash to html5, or something else. It's great that Adobe is admitting that change is needed. Tell us your thoughts down below.

Protect IP and S.978: What you Need to Know.
So, lately on the internet there has been a lot of buzz about the "S.978" law. This new law would prohibit any use of copyright materials; even if you are simply singing a song that has copyright. So, there was a big amount of people against this law, therefore, our United States Government decided to make Protect IP. Protect IP is yet another law, but there isn't much time to stop it, as the law is being rushed through; already passed the Senate, now at the House of Representatives. So, what's so bad about Protect IP? Well, technically there are no new laws being put into place. Basically these laws are to cut down on piracy, by making the penalties much bigger. For example, Protect IP will get you jail time for streaming ANYTHING that has copyright on the internet, this might even include videogame gameplays. Also, this will be put against your criminal record. Basically Protect IP is the exact same thing, but reworded to get the law passed. There are very few differences, but they can be very different; such as, instead of having to stream copyright material on the internet 10 times, Protect IP makes that limit 1. Also, for example if your website might have a review on a song, even though it is not the song itself, this can be removed from all search engines, and would stop your views on your website, and possibly stop your cash flow; meaning a loss of jobs, and an even worse economy. That just goes to show that our lawmakers have n idea how the internet works. There are many more situations where this is the same case, such as for people like WhiteBoy7thSt who make their living, off filming themselves play games; but this could be taken away, also meaning, a higher unemployment rate. And since this "crime" is put against your criminal record, most places that you apply for job, will not want a criminal working there. My point is, we need to stop "Protect IP". And our stupid Government.
